DNA sequence of interest, information about the gene and the host organism where it is to be expressed

Service includes:

Synthesis of your gene of interest

Codon usage optimization if necessary

Delivery of DNA cloned into a vector. This vector can be provided by the customer or use of our generic vector in pCR2.1.

Confirmation of DNA sequence

2-4 weeks

Deliverables:

We deliver 2.0 µg of DNA together with a detailed report. By default, the DNA is cloned into pCR2.1 for an easy amplification
