Shipping Policy
All orders received before 2:00 pm Central Standard Time Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day via USPS Priority Mail delivery service unless otherwise stated or requested. Shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice for each order.

Upon receipt of shipped goods, customer shall inspect the shipment promptly for damages, shortages and correct identity of product. Any product that is not identical to the original order will be replaced or authorized for return and credit, at our option. Any claims must be submitted within first week of shipment.

Pricing Policy/Terms

All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment term is net 30 days from the invoice date unless an agreement has been previously established prior to ordering. We reserve the right to correct any errors in our online ordering system before the final shipping and billing. We will contact you if there is any error of the price in your items ordered. If you suspect any error in pricing, please contact our Customer Service Department by email or by phone listed above.

Product Use limitation & Warranty

Products are developed and sold for research purposes only. Not intended forother purposes. Please consult your legal advisor for other purposes. The user should take all responsible care and attention in the handling of the materials included in the products.

Charm Biotech warrants to our customers that all of our products shall perform substantially to the specifications of such products as outlined in our catalogues and literature accompanying the products until their respective expiration dates or, for six months from the date of your receipt of such goods if no expiration date is provided. Charm Biotech will replace, free of charge, any product that does not meet those specifications. No warranty is granted if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have altered or misused the goods or have failed to use or store them in accordance with instructions furnished by us.

Charm Biotech makes every diligent effort to ensure the accuracy of its publications and price information. But the occasional typographical or other error is inevitable. Therefore, Charm Biotech reserves the right to correct any errors and makes no warranty of any kind regarding the contents of any publications and price information. If you find any error in any our publications, please report it to Charm Biotech using methods provided above.

This warranty is sole and exclusive. No other warranty is made, whether expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted by applicable law.
