Charm-Precipitator for Nucleic Acid Isolation


The Charm-Precipitator for Nucleic Acid Isolation is  a revolutionary solution for conventional ethanol or isopropanol precipitation of DNA or RNA. Without using any carrier, such as glycogen or tRNA, the Charm-Precipitator can achieves the highest recovery from solution even at extremely low concentration of nucleic acids comparing all existing methods on the markets. DNA or RNA can be recovered with an over 90% efficiency from extremely diluted solution ( less than 10 ng /ml). The whole procedure is simple and fast. No need of long time incubation at low temperature as in the conventional ethanol precipitation is required. Centrifugation can be processed immediately after addition of Charm-Precipitator to your nucleic acid solution. The pellet is spread evenly over the bottom and firmly attached to the wall, so it is extremely safe without any accidental loss of pellet during washing steps. After short washing, purified DNA or RNA can be easily eluted or dissolved in the 10 mM Tris buffer of water, it is unnecessary to wait long time for the nucleic acid pellet hydration as in the conventional ethanol precipitation method. The isolated nucleic acids are ready  for use in all downstream molecular applications, such as restriction enzyme digestion, SNP analysis, reverse transcription, PCR, qRT-PCR, DNA methylation analysis and  automated sequencing reactions, offering superior data quality and read length.
